Hello,
Complaint is against bus no. Kl39 d6822, i got on board near panampilly nagar, and had taken a ticket to vyttila. The bus didn't stop at the bus stop as i was the lone passenger to get down at that stop and as the bus was busy trying to get past the traffic signal at vyttila. I had heavy luggage in my hand, and when i asked them to stop at vyttila, the driver was rude, the conductor reluctantly stopped. Before i got down off the bus, the driver took the bus off and went. I almost tripped down as the bus took off before my feet touched the ground. Hope necessary action will be taken against the same. Was this information helpful? |
