I am from ward4 chengannur muncipality. We are facing acute drinking water shortage for the the last 2 months. Due to pipe leakage, KWA has closed the valve to our area, instead of repairing it. On repeated enquiry, KWA authorities are giving reply that required fund & sanction not given by PWD for its repair. We are advised to contact PWD. Being a common citizen, how can we solve this issue. Sir we are surviving with rain water and carrying water from neighbours.
