Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Kseb bill payment transaction failed but money debited from account

I paid my kseb bill of 1034/- ( consumer number:[protected] on 03/03/2024 using their quick pay service by scaning qr code through google pay, my money was debited instantly but bill was not paid. When i contacted kseb customer care service they said the transaction was failed. But my money is not refunded in my account till now. I want to get the refund ASAP...
