I had booked two bus tickets of value 586 Rs from Ernakulam to Munnar journey on 13th August 2018 from the official website of kerelartc.in.But upon confirming from bus station due to heavy rain the service got cancelled by the bus provider.And we were unable to travel in it.But now they are not refunding the fare.Since i'm unable to cancel the trip from their website because cancellation is not allowed for past trip.Upon calling their customer support from last week but they are not helping me and making excuses.

I had booked 6 tickets from bangalore to sultan bathery nd return amounting 6090rs on 29th sep 2018.but the tickets were not booked and amount got debited from my account. I've been doing follow up on refund everyday till now der is no solution. Kindly request you to present a solution for the same. OB ref no-KL4613919
