Billdesk — ksrtc online payment

I had booked a bus ticket in ksrtc online and made the payment via billdesk though gpay. The money got deducted from gpay but ticket is not generated in ksrtc app. While checking the kstrc online its show transaction failed. I had not recieved refund in gpay back. I tried twice and both time money got deducted but ticket not got.
