Kerala Water Authority — billing on wrong address

Address: Thrissur, Kerala, 680681

I am not a consumer for kerala water authority. Since 4 years back i sold a property and the billing was send on my address even though officially requested to change the ownership. Consumer no kip 2684 d. Its surprising since on year there was no action taken by the water authority officer at sree narayana puram office at thrissur district. This ignorance and negligence from the officer was great insult for us. Kindly take action.

I have received the water bill a week ago and i tried to pay through online (Till now) but still the system showing it is not available. So the payment of the water bill is delayed. My consumer Number is VAR/244/D.
