Kerala Water Authority — Complaint regarding water supply

The water is not coming to our shop for last 13 days. We are taking water now for a area which is 1.5 km from here.it is so difficult us to collect water for those areas.we had already submitted a complaint before AE choody but they didn't took any action regarding this complaint

I HAVE INFORMED ABOUT WATER LEAKAGES ON THREE DIFFERENT INSTANCES FOR THE PAST 10 DAYS BY TELEPHONE.WATER IS PRECIOUS AND WE HAVE TO SAVE IT.I HAVE ALSO REMINDED SEVERAL TIME ABOUT THIS MANY TIMES.BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN TILL THIS DAY
