My connection have been disconnected by water authority, Customer no:[protected], around 27 Aug 2022
Consumer number: MDD/24707/D, I went to my water authority office on the same day and completed the "disconnection and reconnection" process. They process were completed and the amount is not updating into the server (https://epay.kwa.kerala.gov.in/quickpay) . Regarding this issue I have emailed to [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com and no solutions were Given, I also went to water authority office more than 5 times and they got a complaint letter and still no solution were given to me, I am suffering without water connection for more than a month. Also I have updated about this problem to the what's app number[protected], Till now I have not got any solution.
Please look into my issue and solve my issue as soon as possible and process my reconnection soon. When ever I asked Water authority office they mentioned there is some server error, Can you please look into my issue and solve it as soon as possible.
Only when the bill amount in reflected in my online account, Then only I can able to make the payment, and only after making the payment only my connection will be back. So please give a solution to get my water connection as soon as possible. When the amount is reflecting into my account I will immediately make payment. Was this information helpful? |
