Kerala Water Authority — Heavy leakage in pipe connected to public tap

In vennala area of vytila section in ernakulam, a case of water leakege was noticed about six months ago. Complaint was lodged in[protected] long ago. Again complaint was lodged with asst. Exe. Engineer at her office at gandhi nagar, ernakulam. Huge amount of water is wasted daily during pumping hours. But it is surprising that even during this hours of water shortage no one attended this serious complaint.
Please take necessary steps to rectify this water leakage so that huge quantity of water can be saved.
