Kerala Water Authority — kwc issued bill unable to pay through online

Address: Near police quarters.. Hosabettu manjeshwar, Kasaragod, Kerala, 671323

Dear kwa
Here i request to check consumer id payment issue... Several time i had tried to pay the bill through online but it unable complete as showing some error... I was put my id & password correctly. Authority should be patient to stop supplying water before the issue be solved. It's hard to us pay the bill by visiting kwc office at kumbala.
Note: consumer id & no has metioned in below attached picture... Pls do not ignore this request.
