In inviting your attention to reference cited I may inform you that I have been given an amount of Rs.9134/- for tthe month of march 2016, including arear bill. I also inform you that I have been using well waterand we have been using pipe water only for washing and bathing only so that it seems that my water meter is faulty. Therefore I request you to check my water meter and exempt me from paying this excess bill.
