Kerala Water Authority — no water for last four days

I am residing under devikulangara panchayat, karthikappally thaluk. There is a situation of water shortage for the last 4 days in our region. Our region comes under kayamkulam water authority. Since there is not even water in the meter pipe also, we are facing great difficulties in our day-to-day needs. So i kindly request you to take the necessary action for the same.

I am domestic consumer . But with in three year a huge amount is charged from me as water charge. I used water for my domestic purpose only. But the sasthamcotta water authority charged unreasonsble amount as water charge from me with in years without checking my water metre.
