My con#[protected]. Id. Awn/16775/d. I paid bill for rs.157.00 online net banking on 11.06.2020. Soon, received a message that the payment failed. I waited for three days for its auto refund. But, did not received back. I approached my bank, bank of baroda, alappuzha. They confirmed that the money is already credited to kwa account on the same day of its payment. I wrote to admin, kwa, many times. No response. I contacted your customer care number. They asked me to forward all the details oncluding bank, s transaction id to [protected]@gmail.com. I sent the details to this mail 5 times. No response. Contacted the customer care many times. They said that they send the results back to me by mail. Nothing happent till now.
Bank transaction id: ebank[protected]/sbbr[protected]/kerala water authority.
So, kindly request you to do the needful to correct the problem without further delay.
