Kerala Water Authority — Non supply of water

I am a Resident of the Satellite Colony at Padamukal, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.
My Consumer ID is [protected]. my consumer number details are TKK/2859/D and route[protected].

As such we get water only in the evening on alternate days. However for the last three days there has been no water supply at all.
Request this may please be looked into and necessary instructions issued to ensure adequate water supply.
