Kerala Water Authority — Not getting water for last 4 days

I'm staying in 2 nd floor manas pentagon lane ambalamukku road kuravan konam trivandrum. We are not getting water for last 4 days. It very pathetic condition i have a 6 year old daughter and i can't explain the situation in words? We are paying the bills regularly and giving you tax what you give us in return? What #}{$*.. Shame on you kwa.. Lots of families in our area is suffering this, including old persons pregnant ladies and children.. Pls pls help us
