Kerala Water Authority — online payment issues

Address: Palakkad, Kerala, 678551

Unable to pay kwa bills online through your portal. After selecting payment gateway - bill desk - i get the following error message :

"sorry we are uable to process your request right now - invalid merchant details (Errp004)"

I am able to view my bill online but cannot process payment despite multiple attempts.

Kindly rectify and revert at your earliest.

Pity to say your payment site is not operating since many weeks. I feel that nobody from your side has come to know about this. Thats why you are imposing penality on your following bills. Consumer cannot pay the bill because your fault. But he has to pay the penality. Vrry strange. OK. Please advise me what is any other way for online payment. Expecting your immediate response,
