Kerala Water Authority — payment done but transaction failed

I have paid 322.78 rupees for the water bill on13 may 2019. During the bill payment transaction seems to be failed, but amount deducted from my bank account. Payment was done through corporation bank netbanking. Could you please credit back the amount as soon as possible.
