Kerala Water Authority — transaction failed but amount deducted from the bank account

Hi team,

I have paid 52.26 rupees for the water bill on 06 may 2019. During the bill payment transaction seems to be failed, but amount deducted from my bank account. Payment was done through sbi netbanking. Could you please credit back the amount as soon as possible.
