It is with much pain that i write this complaint since i could not stand the sight of loss of water when a large population is struggling to access to clean drinking water. It all started when workers deployed by a neighbour for his water connection dug up and provided him with one. Inspite of repeatedly pointing out that the job being done is unprofessional the workers did not bother with the result that a lot of water is being wasted. The neighbour as consumer has washed off his hands saying that he is getting supply so the KWA should take care of the wastage of water least acknowledging that it all started for his own requirement of having a watet connection.Telephonic complaints to the concerned kwa offices have not yielded any results. I am also not facing any problem with supply. However it is the wastage of water on the public road due to the shoddy job that is disheartening. Your depatment may like to action ASAP.

For the last 3 months, we are out of station. Huge electricity bill was given without taken meter reading.Kindly take meter reading in my water connection and give revised bill at the earliest for making payment.
