Kerala Water Authority — water bill way too high

Dear sir/madam:

We were dumbfounded to see the water bill that we received this time - it was a whopping rs.25912 - see attached

There is definitely something incorrect with this bill. Note that this is a secured fenced property with no occupants.

Please address the issue with a correction and quick resolution.

I have received huge water bill today. I am living in UK and not in India since 2018. No apparent reason for getting this bill. We regularly pay bill and now suprising got this shocking amount.
Please consider to rectify. Thanks
