Kerala Water Authority — water supply connection not working

Dear Sir,

My consumer (domestic) number is IJK/143/D, Meter number 44384, Route number 4211-60.

The water connection bills paid are up to date. The bill for January 2018 pis is attached for your kind reference.
This connection stopped working last month January 2018 onward and we do not get water anymore from the line.
Request you to reconnect the line so that the water supply to our home resumes.
