Keti Sangam Infrastructure At Limbejalgaon — Cash toll collection and Lack of fasttag reader

We were forced to pay toll in cash though we had fully charged up Fast Tag on our veh. See attached receipt. Very arrogant staff who denied any proper explaination as to why fast tag reader was not available. Held us for more than 30 min. Finally we paid in cash. See receipt and video. Pl take stern action against contractor for not following Goi directive that all veh must pay toll by fast tag only and no cash will be entertained we'd 1st Jan 2022. Fast Tag is Mandatory and hence why shoudl we pay in cash?
