Keydus Technology — threatening calls and notice received from the company

Couple of months ago i was assigned an online typing job from keydus. I did not understand what to do. I called several times to the number provided and wrote to the id to understand the work but did not get any response. Anyhow i managed to complete five forms and submitted. But they argued me that i did breached the agreement and asking for penalty. Again i received call from it so called legal department and received threatening to pay the money. I guy used abusive language.
Please suggest where should i complain? I want this fraud company shut down it's business of fooling people. The person called me from +91 [protected].
