I had placed request for STP from Debt to Equity fund in both Axis and Nippon India MF in Oct'20. There were 4 STP requests in Axis and 1 in Nippon India. While 2 STP's started in Axis as per Start date confirmed by KFintech via e-mail, other 2 did not. Similarly, in Nippon India, the STP did not begin until almost 2 weeks after the Start confirmed by KFintech.
I have been following up with your Customer care team for more than 1 week now - called numerous times, spent infinite number of hours with your staff and dropped multiple reminders but didn't receive any update from your end.
I have heard all sort of lame excuses from them ranging from system not working, giving false promises about responding back within stipulated time, asking problem statement repeatedly etc
Your staff continues to maintain that whatever happened is the correct and I am tired of explaining the problem statement to them.
I am not sure how efficient are processes at KFintech that my issue remains unattended even after so many days of follow-ups.
The e-mail ref number given to me was 490798.
