Khalapur and Talegaon toll — Toll fee debited twice

My toll fee debited twice at Khalapur and Talegaon toll gate on Pune express highway and actually only once toll fee to be collected.

And also at Khalapur toll plaza, toll was collected by Cash and FASTAg, as toll people told Fastag is not working(after scanning the Fastag)
