Respected sir, my name is hrithik verma and recently I opened a small restaurant (on 4th july) I purchased a r/o water purifuer from “khati and sons” the shop is located at bhagwanpur haldwani and with in before two month the r/o started leaking, when i called him the owner send one of his technicians who immediately tries to put mfix on it when i stopped him doing so he went and then i called my another technician who told me this r/o is rejected piece and was lying in the shop for the four years, and not only this this was used also by the owner. Dear respected sir, i took a loan and opened my dream restaurant at this uncertain time of covid and this shopkeeper makes me con. I am helpless please kindly help as you are the only hope.
