Khed Shivapur Toll Naka — Toll collected fraudulently

I travelled from Pune to Bhor on 14-Oct-21 evening by my Car MH03DA0074. I crossed the toll naka at Khed Shivapur at 4.30pm.

First I was told that my Fastag has no balance, so I have to pay Rs200 including Fine. I paid that, and moved forward. I received SMS from PayTM that the toll of Rs100 was deducted ! So I stopped and went back to the Toll Booth to complain and collect back Rs200 wrongly collected from me. After checking, the fellow noted my Fastag number on the Receipt he had given for cash payment. He returned Rs200 to me, and retained the Receipt.

This was first fraud, where somehow I could get back my money. There was second one which was totally unexpected & unacceptable. I stayed at Bougain Villa resort by Gangotree Holidays on 14-Oct night. I received an SMS next day morning that another Rs100 Toll was deducted from my PayTM at 8.40pm on 14-Oct ! That time my vehicle was parked at the resort.

My vehicle went back to Pune on 15-Oct morning around 9.30AM. I got an SMS that Rs50 Toll was deducted this time ! Another wrong deduction, though in my favor.

On next day, I received an SMS that there is a dispute payment of Rs60 due to the above wrong deduction, and the same will be deducted in 3 days. This is another frustrating fraud, as why Rs110 in place of Rs100?

So all in all, there are frauds rampantly going on at Khed Shivapur Toll Naka, and this is not acceptable to honest tax-payers like me.
