Khetan Raja And Co — Product not delivered

I ordered an LG refrigerator from your store at Empress Mall, Nagpur vide txn ref no[protected]. I was promised that the product would be delivered before 29.01.2021. Since it was my sisters Anniversary and they would be travelling from 29th. I wanted it to be delivered before that day. But instead of repeated follow ups product was not delivered on time. It was pathetic experience of shopping with Reliance Digital. Didnt know where to complain, which team to contact.
