This happened with our family today on 21st july 2019. I bought tickets of the lion king for afternoon show ie 3:30 pm and that illiterate man who was issuing tickets gave me tickets of 12:30 pm for rs 1250. When i went to see movie at our time 3:30 the gate man allowed us to enter but inside the hall that seats were issued to some other.. I complain to the manager but he misbehaved with us, and when i asked him for complaint book he said we do not have complaint book.. This is how they are cheating with people.
