I was purchasing a bike through CSD. I have my purchase order.The branch manager gave me availability certificate then this index no become cancelled. The branch manager did not deliver my bike nor he is helping me to get my refund through CSD. It has been 4 months. For this matter I contact CSD they told the branch manager to give a letter where he has to mention that this index no became cancelled so I can not give this bike. But he is not giving any letter to me. He is always pretending. He is also not giving his senior no.

    I bought pulsar 125 last year jan 2020. Sales executive told me mileage was 65km but i got only 40kms only so that i informed to the service center at first service but no results now i completed my 3services with in one year even though the problem was not solved. Very worst and bad experience for me at khivraj bajaj chennai near kamatchi hospital service center.

      Last 2 times in 3 years no one bothered to provide.
      Now, there was no enthusiasm in taking our call for test drive.
      Models- not available for test drive, apart from lack of helpful suggestions or attempt at the same
      If so much indifference to customer needs at the te of pre-sale, how can we expect any service once you invest your hard-earned money?

        I got problem of sinngaram, and charsee... even the engine sound is also different... I went to showroom were i purchased they are not responding me properly plzz kindly do the need and replace my bike as sson as possible...

          I ordered for discover 100 M fuel Guage, from Bajaj showroom which is Hormavu main road, I got the product but it was defective when it was fitted, now when I requested for return or replacement of that product, so that staff denied to do, instead he said that once bill is generated it won't be returned, it's a policy and long procedure, this is rediculos,

            I have purchased new Pulsar 125cc July 13 booking delivered July 20th August 2nd onwords engine problem so many parts changed up to now again again same problem will come till 25th Nov2020 please help me Change my bike give me new same model or it's possible other way but no need this bike

              Dear team, i would like to bring to you notice that on 12th of september i have given my bike for service and was told that there is some issue in the engine and a portion of it needs to be replaced. We agreed and repairs it the a charged of 15, 800 rs. Firstly i believe that the charges are way too high and secondly it's not even a month and there is a leakage from the engine. I would appreciate if this matter is taken seriously and necessary action is taken.

                This is jayaveera prakash from kr puram i purchased bike on june month 2020 3 months completed i got engine repair i purchased bike on hennur khivraj bajaj motors
                I given bike for service 2 months properly on tc playa praveen motors but my bike is my getting sound in engine
                Again i given my bike in praveen motors tc playa they told engine problem. What should i do now.

                  New rs200 bike cone set issue and front wheel wobbling issue, and also tank key set bend issue, front seat problem, i have leave my bike 2 days for resolving all these above issues they have not done anything except key set changing and also while replacing the key set body has been damaged from the khivraj bajaj (Kasturba road branch service center), and they are not accepting. Today after riding 100 km digital meter not working and is showing something error (Photo attached). This the worst experience i have 3 month bike is giving so much of trouble and also service people not resolving the issues, and also while riding in 60-80 km front wheel get started wobbling it feel like scary and uncomfortable to ride. So i need an immediate action on these issue.

                    The customer relations and sales team at khivraj bajaj hennur is pathetic. Very rude and do not listen to the customer. I purchased my bike one month back and they had promised a few things for the diwali offer, it's been a month and i haven't received it. When i call the showroom they ignore or they talk like they don't care. They take their own time and make me wait even after paying the money. Worst customer relations. Khivraj head sales manager please take note of this showroom and train your employees and teach them how to behave. Kindly look into my matter and provide me the offers you promised when i bought the bike before loyal bajaj customers like me lose faith in the brand.

                      Dear sir

                      I done my car service 4 months before on july. At the time service there is issue water leakage in ac. The service center team attend the issue and cleaned the ac coil and gas charged. They cost of service charged 4000 rs
                      Now again same problem when i asked they telling same story and but poor response from simply telling ac to be service charge for 4000 rs

                      Please look in that and do the needful

                      I brought bike ktm in your show room at thiruvalur before 6 month still now i am not get RC book, your show room manager not response they dont get my Rc book poor response and he is not responding my calls .am totally disappointment, please take necessary askion against him and arrange my RC book .thiruvalur show room ktm kakalur by pass .

                        I had purchased dominar 400 at 12 aug 2019, it's been 3 months done and still the showroom guys not responded with registed number plate it's been several times requesting for the no board but saying some stroy's and blaming on agent so, this is how khivraj bajaj is treating a dominar 400 (2, 40, 000) customer. Please do the needful and reslove my issue as soon as possible.

                          This is regarding the period service done for my vehicle Pulsar RS 200 with registration number: KA05JZ9441.
                          I have given the above said vehicle for periodic service on 12-Oct-2019, at Khivraj Bajaj, Kasturba Road, Bangalore branch after completing 13000 kilometers. I was surprised to note that after completing only 13000 KM, they told me to change the chain and sprocket of the vehicle. As per their advice i got it changed and the amount for the service came to around Rs. 4700/-. After the service when i took the service for test drive, i found that the coolant of the vehicle was leaking. When i reported the same, they told that the radiator has to be changed but they do not have the radiator, so they told me to take the vehicle to another service center (Khivraj Motors, Hessarghatta Road). I got the radiator changed from there and paid around Rs. 3000/- . On 20-Oct-2019, while i was riding my vehicle in road a huge sound came and the back wheel got struck there. the back wheel was not moving. Being Sunday, Bajaj authorized service centers were closed and i had to take the vehicle to nearby shop where he told that the front spocket was not tight enough and got removed and got somewhere in the road. I am attaching the photo of the front area. The workshop people got new spoket set installed with a cost of Rs. 2700/-.

                          Please let me know, if this is the service being done by authorized service center, and so frequently the parts are to be replaced, then i will we trust Bajaj vehicles and what kind of experience, we will be sharing with our friends and relatives regarding Bajaj Vehicles.

                          I am attaching the photos of all bills, and vehicle condition after service. Please note that before giving for periodic service there was not problem with vehicle.

                            Service centre claims to have changed my clutch plate but my mechanic(my own brother) complaints that my bike has clutch problem...the company charged me twice for having some other problem and changed the unnecessary parts...why mechanics at khivra bajaj not able to diagnose what the real issue is?? Three times they are not able to solve my issue..i have always been charged for useless things...pls kindly keep this issue in consideration and take actions as required thank you

                              Recently a very few days ago i have given my bike for service in doddanakundi khivraj motors,
                              They have charged me rs.3500 but they made my bike condition still more worst than earlier.
                              They have not changed engine oil also.
                              Now my bike oil is empty.
                              Non of them from khivraj motors are responding good with us (To any customer when i see while collecting bike)

                              Worst Service i Never Expected From Khivraj Such a Big Company & You People are Giving Worst Service.

                                I am totally frustrated with this bajaj bike seriously. You can check my previous complaints.
                                Now the condition is too worst. I asked in khivraj. I thought bike's second service has come. Then i sent this for service. But technician said we do second service on 4500 km. But bike run only 2200 km. He done some oiling and said now it will work good. After 3 days bike was in same condition. Day before yesterday i call to one service guy for help. He help me once. I asked for the same to him. He said that send your bike i will fix this problem. Yesterday i sent in morning and receive in evening.
                                But my bike is still in worst condition. Front side voice already spoken several time. Voice increasing day by day. From beginning i really disappointed. I realized that by purchased this bike i done biggest mistake in my life.

                                  It's more than 100 plus days now, still i have not received my rc book. I have brought my bike from your hoodi road, rajaplaya showroom by march 3rd. It was agreed that i will be receiving my rc book in 60 days still i have not got. Two times i had gone to showroom, response from there was not that grate or satisfactory. 24*365 there will be someone in my home hence no chance of returning the post.

                                  Kindly help me to get a solution for this issue.

                                    I had got problem in my bike...when i will be riding the bike gets suddenly off...i had left the bike 3 times for the same problem in KHIVRAJ BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE cubbon road branch but still not resolved...is this the way you treat your service customer...please i request you to tell technicians work properly...and company authority to take action.

                                      I purchased a pulsar 180f from banaswadi khivraj bajaj on 13th april 2019.

                                      Bike price: 109530
                                      Loan approved amount: 100000
                                      Downpayment: 15730

                                      I asked the loan guy in the showroom on why the downpayment is 15730, when the loan is approved for 1 lakh he responded that it includes processing, document charges, hypothecation & insurance.

                                      When i called bajaj finance customer care[protected] and they told that all processing and document charges are inclusive within the 1 lakh.

                                      The banaswadi showroom did not provide me a computerized bill for my downpayment, its just a handwritten receipt.

                                      Please advise on this issue.

                                        Actually i have a plan to purchase a bike of pulsar ns200, so i visited a showroom of khivraj bajaj - anna salai, chennai. I had a worst experience in customer service there. Eventhough i booked bike and settled a full amount as net cash for bike but i had a issue in bike registration. The branch manager and sales person are not at all ready help me out in this issue. There guidance is worst way, not at all helping or giving the solution to the customer. Finally i did what they requested only with the frustration.
