Call received from bus driver at boarding point and boarded the bus (Bus No. MH 38 5899), I surprise to sea that the bus is not Khurana but the name is "SHABRIJ KHURANA". Due to pre decided scheduled I have boarded the bus.
There is no curtains and bedsheets are there in bus. Said bus is not at par with any long distance bus I travelled before by Khurana. Seat height is leveled with floor where all shoes and sleepers are kept.
After 1 hour of journey bus breakdown with some technical error. It's 1 hour past and repair is still in process. I talked to bus driver and cleaner they confirmed that this bus is not actual bus but some replacement. This is bus is for use of local or on other Root's.
No information provide by Khurana for such replacement and low category bus is a cheating and crime. Make My Trip also not confirmed for any said action. Please take necessary action. Regards, Was this information helpful? |
