Khurana Travels — non refund of ticket after bus was cancelled by operator for breakdown before scheduled time of departure

Updated by Pankaj MG I was later told by Khurana Travels that the refund should be sought for from Red Bus and not Khurana Travels. So I did accordingly and Red Bus has initiated a refund of Rs. 1600 with Rs. 80 as cancellation charges. So basically I am not getting 100% refund for the ticket which was not cancelled by me but was cancelled by the bus operator by cancelling the Bus. This looks like a scam where Red Bus can make some cash out of cancelled tickets by looting customers. So hence forth I am not going to use Red Bus and an intermediary and preferably not book a bus from Khurana Travels. All consumers should directly book buses from the Bus operators website and teach such lecherous intermediaries a lesson.
