Kidzee School — request for refund of nursery fee.

Dear Admin,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a refund of the nursery fee for my child, Kamakshi Bhatnagar, due to the inability to utilize the child care services provided by the kidzee staff.

We deposited 20K on 5th, Apr 2024 as an admission fee that includes school uniform 2 sets, Kit and stationery. But after that school denies to gave stationery and provided only one set o[censored]niform.
On first day of my ward is on 8th April, when my ward came from school she feels uneasy and feared. But we neglected as this is the first day but later, within 10 days we find the behaviour of school teaching staff is unethical n unprofessional as they scold the child.
As a parent, I am deeply concerned about the impact this incident may have on my child's well-being and their perception of school as a unsafe and not nurturing environment for learning.
We talk to admission incharge that we want to withdraw her name, so please refund the amount but she denied to refund a single penny...

I understand that discipline is an integral part of maintaining order in the classroom, but I believe that there are more effective and constructive ways to address behavioral issues with students. The approach taken by staff in this instance was both unnecessary and detrimental to my child's emotional and psychological development.Now she is so feared that she is not going to school since 24th April. So my ward situation is not stable. She needs time..
All matter discuss with Principal also, but not getting satisfactory response. We asked to refund money, bt he said all fees go to kidzee.
On 26th April, we went and asked admission incharge to return her books and notebooks that were deposited in class, without any discussion and talk, they returned everything..
And we not even got a single call from school that why your ward is not coming to school...My child went only 9-10 days . They have only one point that child remains all time with her mom that's why she's not settling . Also they didn't find any problem in teacher's behaviour, instead said teacher will get frustrate if child cry all time..

In addition, I would appreciate it if steps could be taken to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. It is important to create a supportive and respectful learning environment where students feel valued and respected by their teachers.

I kindly request that you process the refund at your earliest convenience. Please let me know if there are any forms or documents required from my end to facilitate this process.
