I am father of RISHI KUMAR JHA ..he was admitted in KIMS Secunderabad @23/8/2024 Through CGHS ( S C Railway)... concerned Dr.Sudeep Verma discharge on 28/8/2024 but Hospital administration not discharged till now, .. everytime demanded consult paper for different different cause...and delay for his billing...

after telling that yesterday/today ie.27/[protected] you are discharge from the hospital but Floor manager of 14th floor said that he can't discharged today after 01:00 ...This is very rediculus.situtation just because for billing more he cannot discharge...those are not understanding the problems of Patient/attendees. Receptionist are not bothered about the patients and don't have the information about the doctors. I'm came with my mother and waiting for the doctor from 1 hour and doctor didn't turned up. More how much time should I wait. Now the receptionist is telling us to go to 3rd floor. Why should we go to 3rd floor. Is this how you treat a patient. Need the doctor immediately.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Nurse at Cuddle Hospital

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional conduct of Nurse [Name] at Cuddle Hospital's Emergency Section on April 15, 2024. 7.30pmDespite being a regular patient receiving injections as per my prescription, I inadvertently forgot to bring it with me that day. Instead of receiving assistance, Nurse [Name] not only behaved rudely but also discouraged the Resident Medical Officer (RMO) from providing the necessary injection, citing my oversight. This behavior was unacceptable and lacked empathy, highlighting a disregard for patient care and professionalism. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future.

We have booked an appointment for Dr Sarath Chandra mouli one month ago for 30th Nov 2023, however due to votes in Hyderabad it was cancelled but no rescheduling was done, when I called for the appointment they said I have to wait for more one month to get an appointment again. Today 29.04.23 I visited kims ENT dept Room no. 32..basement floor..with my wife and my 3 and half mont baby boy., for his ear suction.. in morning around 10 am. But they make us wait for long and all doc and jr doctors are hanging around.. No body attend my baby.. When I ask them why so lait .. On duty male doctors baheve rudely .. And one male doc. Said don't do this suntion test.. All r very rude.. Very bad impression.. I m not going again...

I had done a bill for USG test by paying Rs 800 from my credit card for my sister Mrs Sasmita Jena (Who is staying at Kendrapara District) vide bill no KIMS-OCS-2169967 on dated 27th Mar 2022. Appointment given for 28th Mar 22 but due to emergency at domestic, she could not done the USG test. Since then i am trying for refund but no result. One Mr Manoj who is sitting at USG registration counter contacted many times but no result of refund....
