I have bought 49 inch samsung led from your outlet at irla, andheri west from your sales person mr shivam.
For rs45000/-. Same price i was getting from croma & kohinoor, but your people promised that i will get sound bar free along with that. I have been calling them they are saying today or tomorrow. Now with has been almost 20 days and they are saying don't call again and again, if you want go and file case in consumer court on our company.
Anyways i don't think you people wanna give and make false commitment's to clients to just push the sales,
As before filing case i have to give you written intimation to proceed with case on your company in consumer court.
