This is to inform you that we have installed a Kinnova chimney before 2 years during which the service was poor and irregular, owing to which we made an AMC for 2 years. Today i.e on 30.11.20, the technician was scheduled to come but due to some urgent work I requested the Customer care supervisor to change the date. It is wise to mention here that before this incident. she changed the servicing date as per her sweet will thousand of times. The kind of language she used and the manner was utter distatsteful. I am now feeling very bad that i have to deal with a company which hires such bad mouthed staff. Was this information helpful? |
