Kisan Vikas Kendra — fraud company

I recieved mail from shine.com for job in kisan vikas kendra. Mentioned in mail that vacancy for section officer. Hr name diya.. And her number given in that mail.
[protected]. They convinced me to submit 1100 rupees for interview and taken by document through what's app. They told me that on training date my money will be returned. After i paid money i recieved interviwe call they asked me simple gk question and selected me. Then they sent me offer latter and told me to submit 17000 rupees. I immediately understood that this company is fraud. Please be aware about such fraud.
