I am hereby running a food industry in Coimbatore. Recently I exchanged two TATA Ace vehicle and purchased Mahindra Maxximo vehicle. The vehicle performance and service are very poor. I own more than 6 vehicles out of all vehicles repeatedly Mahindra Maxximo vehicle TN 38 BM 9693 get fault very occasionally. The fault are been cleared only through Mahindra service center and repeatedly we face the same complaint for which the service was done. For example recently we received a complaint as the engine temperature is getting raised automatically. For that complaint itself we had sent the vehicle for service more than of 4 times. For the same complaint repeatedly the company charged service charge and till the complaint was not rectified. I dont know for one complaint how many time should i service the vehicle and pay service charge. All after this the main issue is i have serviced the vehicle in Coimbatore and the vehicle will go on for sales at various part in Tamilnadu. On the way at some place the vehicle get complaint and there will be no service persons and the total sales was collapsed, due to this there happen a lot of loss in business and bad reputation with retailers on time bond delivery of products. Now I wish to rectify the vehicle problem are please get over the vehicle and give us a new one. Was this information helpful? |
