Kks Kauvery Silk Arts & Crafts Emporium — inferior quality products sold at high cost looting people

We went to "kks kauvery silk arts & crafts emporium" and got incense stick packet "mysore special chandan bathi". Shop assistant suggest that this is best product and will provide good fragrance while burning. But to our surprise this is the worst product ever encountered till date. Leave about fragrance, its some 3rd class cheap product sold at a cost of 250 inr. This shop is simply cheating people and i can also see so many other complains on google review about this shop. Surprisingly non have taken any action on the same and they still continue looting innocent tourists. Is this what "atithi devo bhava" in india means?

In addition to that there is no mrp maintained on the product, neither the invoice has segregation of product prices with tax imposed on the same.

I request you to please review the same and take action. As this simple is intolerance.

I'm really unhappy with inferior products sold at high cost with fake promising values.
