Since 2010 icici bank ltd is charging 8% extra
1) we have taken loan on frr
2) base rate come into effect in 2010 the icici bank didinot allowed for base rate
3) after lot of representation the bank came in 2015 to give the effect from 2014
4) lot of complains to the various ministry, public greivances and rbi was made no use
All finance ministry, rbi are not taking any cognizance against icici bank
What should we do they are harassing us
