Sir,
im writing this with a heavy heart and wet eyes. i know this isn't a place to express my feelings but i just can't help with myself. I bought this tv for my nephew for online classes. It got issues after 1 month. no display but only sound. i complained at august 2nd and a technician visited after three days and said display panel need to be replaced and he said it takes one week. but nothing happened after one week. I called the technician and he didn't answer so i called service centre and they said it will be done by next week but nothing happened. I called many times to service centre and sent numerous emails but none got any positive response. all they got to say is next week.how unfair is this sir? they didn't provide a spare tv or anything like that.my nephew finding so hard to study now. Is it our fault? and why we suffer? just look at the date sir. its september already. nothing happens. this is how a consumer should be treated? I even bought extra warranty for two years with extra money. this is really unacceptable. i need compensation for all this., even if they fix it later but it doesn't fill out for what im going through now. I don't have any money left to buy another.
I don't want their product anymore. I can't trust them anymore. Please understand my situation sir. Please!🙏 I need refund with compensation.
