Yes I agree with you, many times in past I faced the same problem, Toll free and Landline are not answered, getting the IVR message that in 2 minutes your call will be answered and that 2 minutes message goes on for next 20 minutes.
The Administration/front office desk telephone numbers are more worst!!!
