Kolkata Municipal Corporation — stray dogs hooliganism

Hi, myself md musa khan a resident of ward number 20, 283/10 belilious road howrah - 711101. The issue i would like to bring to the notice of the concern authority is about the high population of stray dogs spreading dirt all across the locality has raised all bars and these dogs also barks whole night disturbing the resident nearby. Recently the dogs have turned furious/mad and bites people passing by and kids playing nearby. Plz make arrangment to capture these dogs and would suggest to transport to mizoram as it is considered to be a good diet for them. This will also help to increase revenue for the state, which can be use in social cause or in nation building.
