I have a Philips 42 LED television set.recently tv started with problem, it was not sending the remote.I tried many of the Philips customer care number but none worked and then got through one number i.e [protected] on 22/10/21.
Some lady responded and she said she has logged complaint and some technician will call back.after some time some one named Soumitra phone number [protected] called and said will send someone to check the tv.At noon two people came and checked the tv and said there is some chip problem on the card .we asked them to carry the card but they kept insisting on carrying the television set . After repeated insists they took the tv and said they will check rectify and return the tv on Monday I.e 25th oct’21.
Today on 25th oct morning they called and said there are different problems n big one and would cost more so I asked them to return it back the way it was .then they started saying we cannot return today we will se if we can do it tomorrow or day after or when they will get time .
This was a complete fraud .I’m concerned if they are actually returning my TV set or not .kindly help me to get back my TV set
