have not heard on the same ..what kind of service are you running
inspite of constant follow up and and calling and mailing I have not
heard anything from you .I
had been assured by Mr Sahil of your company that my entire amount will
be refunded and after asking me to drop mail with pictures and

I am calling the call center they are assuring me that I will receive
the full refund and shall get a mail on same but I am yet to see any

Yesterday, on 2nd March, 2015, I placed an order of a Lemon Cheesecake
and a bunch of ten red carnations to be delivered on 3rd March (today),

The flowers were as promised however the cake delivered was not what I
paid for. Not only was it not a lemon cheesecake, but a normal sponge
cake with lemon icing, but the cake was rotten. It was obviously not
freshly made, smelled very stale and was drier than bricks. I did not
expect this kind of service for the money I paid for it and you have
completely ruined the gesture of sending a birthday cake by delivering
