kolshet shivkrupa co operative housing society ltd, kolshet, Thane — unauthorised demand of amount of Rs 165/- for meals which is not taken but charged in cultural charges

I am the member of the Kolshet Shivkripa CSH Ltd. where every year Pooja ceremony is celebrated and dinner is arranged by the society. No surplus amount of money is recovered from the guests or by the members as the whole amount is funded by the society for last almost 22byears. This year the Committee have charged for two meals ie. Rs 330/- ( Rs 165/- for each meal) in my monthly bills for the month of March-2015 towards my married daughter and grand son who is 5 years old. I brought this matter to the Managing Committee that my daughter is not a guest and my grand son has not taken plate from the caterer. Further this charging of amount was not notified to the members in advance or no approval was taken in AGM/Special GM. I humbly wrote to the committee but the sme has not been replied specifically as their reply was in vauge and irrlevant to my submission. And accordingly written a letter stating that my daughter is not a guest however at your instant I am ready to pay Rs. 165/-towards meals she has taken but under protest. Further I reterited that since my grand son has not taken plate from the caterer how he has been charged and hence it is not acceptable to me. To my surprise the bill for the month of April 2015 shows a arrears of Rs. 165/- with an interest of Rs. 3 ( @21%) charged . Kindly let me know this excess done by the Commiittee Members how to get justice to me. And if required to whom to contact for redressal. thanks.
