Komparify — Resolved Gold selling payment not received Order ID :[protected] &[protected]

Hi, my name is Dipesh. I selled my gold in komparify Order ID :[protected] &[protected] but I got a mail from them like bank details are incorrect. I have given my paytm bank details which are 100% correct but they said they were incorrect. So i mailed and contacted them with my other bank details but no reply from them i waited 2days still no reply from them. I need to get Rs 929 from them. They neither not responding with my bank details nor refunding by gold back. I didn't getting any reply from them. Please have a look my issue. Please transfer my money to newly given Axis bank account.
