Komparify — Sell gold amount not credited or digital gold amount not refunded to account

Hello Sir,

I am Biki Dey, My komparify id is [protected]@gmail com, I had 1.342 gm digital gold balance, on 05.02.2023 I sold that gold vide order id :[protected] and[protected], but in the digital gold orders it shows that "transaction failed you can retry sale" but the digital gold balance has been deducted from my account and I haven't received any amount yet. Here by I'm requesting you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.
