I had installed a kone elevator at my residence, about 3-4 years ago.

lets talk from the beginning, when this elevator was being installed it was delivered with dings and damages in which one of the doors completely bent. But the house had to be completed in a rush due to my daughters wedding and i was assured by kone representatives that this would not have any effect on the functionality of the elevator. So i decided to go ahead and got it installed.
BUT HERE COMES THE PROBLEM.
since then i am being blackmailed completely and aggressively. This is a home installation where the elevator is rarely used and specifically speaking it is only used if someone wants to go to the second level of the house from ground level.
In this type o[censored]sage, i have always been blackmailed into getting annual maintenance costing 3-4 thousand rupees every month, which is not affordable for me but i still did it for the past years but during those times i have personally noticed because i am the one paying for everything. so, after paying for the annual contract the service engineer comes in with a WD-40 and a key, in which he sprays it on few bolts and mops something as he climbs on top of the elevator. But i have noticed it twice as soon as its time for renewal of my contract i am handed a big invoice for parts change and a sentimental conversation from service engineer that “ kya kare sir, machine hai chige kharab toh hoti rehti hai”
i am asked to change these following parts to renew the annual contract, which includes maintenance with parts but ironically nothing breaks in that. period of annual contract.
CURRENT SITUATION:
My elevator has not been working for the past few months. i am being blackmailed to pay a hefty invoice which includes parts and annual contract.
the service engineer tells me, all the batteries needs to be replaced and floor detection sensor needs to be replaced - in which i can clearly see that elevator aligns itself to the elevator perfectly.
But still i am been blackmailed that i need to pay the complete amount which includes the parts and annual contract then only anything will be worked on.
I BELIEVE THIS IS BECAUSE OF KONE’S MONOPOLY IN THE ARERA.
Earlier it was just a suspicion but after after speaking to other customers such as SPS mall in REWA, the owner is facing the same blackmailing issues.
so now its for the fact that our elevators are being disturbed when the annual contract is about to expire so that especially these two guys can blackmail more money out o[censored]s.

Particularly this Imran, he is very rude and started raising his voice while speaking to me over the phone.
I am troubled with these ongoing issues, i am requesting to KONE to take action.
