Sir, With respect to your reply from Subramanyam, Sr Service Manager I am not satisfied n not relevant with the facts self mentioned.Hence, total repairs has to be borne by Kone only as the fault occurred from one pcb to 3 pcbs (I.e: all pcb s in lift you are going to change).That’s not an Engineering job.Pl arrange repairs at your cost immediately.Pl do needful on top priority by seeing Sr Citizens Pl.
